Due to the custom nature of our products β€” including DTF transfers, custom apparel, and personalized items β€” all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds on custom orders unless the product is defective or we made an error in production.


βœ… What Qualifies for a Refund or Reprint?

We will offer a refund or reprint in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item or size

  • The product arrived damaged or defective

  • There was a printing error caused by Thirty31

  • Your order was lost in transit (after verification with carrier)

To be eligible for a reprint or refund, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.

  2. Photos of the item received

  3. A description of the issue

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days.


🚫 Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or reprints for:

  • Incorrect file uploads or low-resolution artwork

  • Customer mistakes in sizing or layout

  • Color variations due to screen vs print differences

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers once in transit
