π All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom nature of our products β including DTF transfers, custom apparel, and personalized items β all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds on custom orders unless the product is defective or we made an error in production.
β What Qualifies for a Refund or Reprint?
We will offer a refund or reprint in the following cases:

You received the wrong item or size

The product arrived damaged or defective

There was a printing error caused by Thirty31

Your order was lost in transit (after verification with carrier)
To be eligible for a reprint or refund, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.
