1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2. Custom Product Policy

All products offered by Thirty31 are custom-made. This includes:

  • DTF Transfers

  • Custom Apparel

  • Gang Sheets

  • Personalized Merchandise

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for custom products unless there is an error on our part (see our Return & Refund Policy).

3. Order Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Your artwork is high resolution and correctly sized

  • You have double-checked spelling, placement, and file types

  • Your shipping and billing information is accurate

Thirty31 is not responsible for mistakes made by the customer during the order process.

4. Turnaround & Shipping

Standard processing times:

  • DTF Transfers: 1–2 business days

  • Custom Apparel: 3–5 business days

  • Shipping times vary by location

Once shipped, Thirty31 is not liable for delays caused by carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx).

5. Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork to Thirty31, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to use the design

  • Or, you have permission from the copyright holder

We are not responsible for any legal issues related to trademark or copyright infringement.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. We do not store payment information.

7. User Conduct

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Use the site for illegal or unauthorized purposes

  • Submit content that is offensive, defamatory, or violates any laws

  • Interfere with website functionality or security

8. Modifications to Services

Thirty31 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services or products at any time without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

Thirty31 shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages

  • Loss of profits or data

  • Issues caused by improper file setup or user error
